Barbara and I have been with Samaritan Ministries since 2001. The cost is around $95 (single) to $285 a month (family plan). While not an insurance policy per se, with Samaritan, your medical bills are completely paid in about 90 days instead of upwards to 18 months with traditional healthcare plans. (hospitals and other service providers like that) I was skeptical at first but I was also unable to afford $850+ a month for "regular health insurance." Over the years we feel privileged to have been able to help others with their medical needs while enjoying the peace of mind this program affords.
