The Euros are allowed to do things with their engines that can't be done here. Stratified charge? Clean diesel? My question: Is the diesel 'enhanced' with additives? How fast did the guy drive...40.43? Was the road flat/level. What surface? Certainly not Gusenphalt. So many variables...so little time.
