Folks,

Good News, Bad News and the reason I am asking for information.

First the Bad News so that the rest makes sense. The Gantry Router that I have been using has reached the end of it's lifespan (much earlier then the maker told me it would but that is a different issue). I have been fortunate enough to make contacts that will help me build a better one from the parts that can be sued again and upgrading everything else.

Now the Good news. Due to a program I bought this summer (when the mill was working) I now have models (used to create  code to cut on the mill)worked up for:

* combs for 270's
* comb forBends Tonica 48
* square hole mouth pieces improved 270 model
* wooden covers slanted for 270,Bends 48
* round hole mouthpiece for the 270's

Projects in the pipeline are:

* modify mouth pieces for Seydel,  Hering, Bends, Suzuki 12 hole models
* comb's for the full Bends range due to cracking of originals
* Arcylic comb for the Meisterclasse, and also 16 hole Hohner's and Suzuki's
* Replacement stainless steel valve shims for the Harmonetta (the ones that go over the arch and move)
* wider range of wooden covers
* Mouth piece for Hohner double Bass M268 model
The request is not orders or money for the upgrade. I will take that risk on myself. What I need from you folks though is three fold.

* Who would be interested in these products (In the US you would be buying through DannyG as he is US Distro' which saves on shipping cost to you)
* What don't you see that you would like to see offered in parts for harmonicas
* Once I have the Gantry router back up and running would folks be interested in credit against custom pieces (parts only not against service or postage) for old harmonicas/parts/plates. There maybe other options offered for the ability to borrow instruments I don't own to get measurement data off them to make custom parts.
So folks please Let me know and according to the wonder wife has been putting Zen cart together and getting everything dress right dress we should be live in on that end in a couples of weeks. I apologize for it taking this long to get that up and running.

 Hi Michael , are the 270  combs wood ? If so i could use a couple for spares, plus if they are and you are willing to do the work, could you convert an acrylic 270 comb to wood ( a tenor), will pay plus you can keep the acrylic comb. ( not as easy as it sounds). Also interested in the 270 wood covers, and round hole MP.
