But there is no such thing as a E# so when you blow hole two you get an E, but when you blow hole two with the slide in you get an F.
The same is true with the B. There is no B#, so when you raise it a semi tone you will get a C.
It may be less confusing to think of E# and B# as their enharmonics F and C, but they are indeed real notes. It depends on their context within a piece of music.
Examples: An A major chord is A-C#-E, and A augmented chord is A-C#-E#. And B# is the fifth of an E augmented chord.
In more common usage, Ziggy is right. Blow F (alt[ernate] F) and draw C (alt C) are useful in many situations.
